Terms of Service
Effective date: April 24, 2026
1. About Nurly
Nurly is a marketplace that connects customers with independent beauty shops in Uzbekistan. Nurly does not manufacture or sell the products listed in the app — products are sold by the shops shown on each listing. Nurly provides the platform, the payment-verification workflow, and customer support.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use Nurly. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately at support@nurly.life if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Ordering and payment
All prices are displayed in Uzbek so’m (UZS). Payment is made by bank transfer:
- You place an order and the app shows our bank-account details.
- You transfer the full order amount from your bank to that account.
- You upload a screenshot or photo of the bank-transfer confirmation.
- Our team verifies the receipt. When verified, the order is confirmed and the shop is notified.
- The shop prepares and ships your order to the address you provided.
If a receipt cannot be verified (for example the amount does not match, or the transfer is not received), we will contact you using the email or phone on your account. Orders without a verified payment will not be shipped.
5. Loyalty points
You may earn loyalty points on eligible purchases and redeem them for a discount on future orders. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. We may adjust, cancel, or expire points if we detect abuse, fraud, or cancelled orders.
6. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping times and methods are shown by each shop at checkout. Once your order is shipped, the shop and its carrier are responsible for delivery.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us at support@nurly.life within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos. Refunds, when granted, are issued back to the bank account the original transfer came from and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
7. Shops and seller obligations
If you register as a shop on Nurly, you agree to: list only products you have the right to sell; describe products accurately; ship confirmed orders promptly; respond to customer questions in a reasonable time; and comply with all Uzbek laws that apply to your business, including tax law.
We review every new shop before it goes live and may remove listings or shops that violate these Terms, our content guidelines, or applicable law.
8. Prohibited content and conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, counterfeit, or unsafe products;
- Post abusive, sexually explicit, hateful, or misleading content;
- Attempt to defraud customers, shops, or Nurly (including fake receipts, fake reviews, or chargeback abuse);
- Interfere with or attempt to reverse-engineer the app;
- Collect other users’ personal data without consent.
You can report a listing, shop, or user by contacting support@nurly.life. We review reports and take action when appropriate.
9. Intellectual property
The Nurly name, logo, and app are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property law. Products, photos, and descriptions uploaded by shops remain the property of those shops, but by uploading content to Nurly they grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, store, and promote that content inside the app and in marketing about the Nurly marketplace.
10. Disclaimer and liability
Nurly provides the app and the marketplace “as is”. We do not guarantee that every product listed meets your expectations or that the app will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by Uzbek law, Nurly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen. When you do, we sign you out, disable sign-in with that email, and remove your profile from public view. Because Nurly is a marketplace, your orders and payment records are retained so any ongoing order can be completed and so we can meet Uzbek tax and accounting requirements, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We can also suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or use the app in a way that harms other users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment, liability, and intellectual property) will continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts of Uzbekistan.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you inside the app or by email and update the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
